Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Jaunpur to decide impleadment application no. 27-C, under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C., filed in Original Suit No. 1080 of 2008 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, till the year 2014, the application 27-C was being listed for orders. But, on the last date, some other application has been fixed for order.
In case, application 27-C has remained pending, it is appropriate for the petitioner to apply to the court concerned for consideration of the said application.
