The sole grievance of the petitioner is that his application for mutation being Mutation Case No. 04174/2019 (Computer Case No. 201915060104174) filed under section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was not being decided. Therefore, prayer has been made for its expeditious disposal.
Learned Standing Counsel states that every effort shall be made to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Mutation Case No. 04174/2019 (Computer Case No. 201915060104174) filed under section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
