ORDER BELOW THE OFFICE NOTE DATED 07.02.2012 By order dated 14th July 2010, this Court directed the trial court to decide the suit within 12 months.
By letter dated 1st February, 2012, the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vadodara requested for extension of the said time limit by six more months.
In the facts and circumstances of the case and the considering the request made by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge by letter dated 1st February, 2012, the time limit is extended and the suit being Special Civil Suit No.557 of 2004 be decided and disposed of on or before June 30, 2012.
Registry to communicate this order to concerned court, forthwith.
