Heard, Shri Rakesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties no.1&2.
This petition has been filed for a direction to decide the Mutation Case No.T201908300509918 (Lallu Vs. Ram Milan) under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act.
Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the case was filed on 23.12.2019 on which date the time was sought by all the parties. Thereafter several dates have been fixed but the case could not be taken up on any of the dates, firstly due to strike of lawyers, secondly on two dates due to pandemic of Covid-19. Now the case is fixed on 15.02.2021. Therefore, this court is not inclined to give any direction for disposal of the case within some stipulated period at this stage. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
