The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 19.1.2021 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation, U.P., Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as, 'Additional Commissioner, Consolidation') in exercise of his powers under Rule 65(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 rejecting the transfer application of the petitioner. The petitioner was not able to substantiate his allegations regarding bias in the Presiding Officer before the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation and for the said reason, the transfer application of the petitioner has been rejected.
There is no illegality or jurisdictional error in the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation.
The writ petition is dismissed.
