The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 7.1.2020 passed in Writ C No.94 of 2020 (Lalli Devi Vs. State of U.P. and 4 others).
Today when the matter was taken up, decision dated 25.10.2021 received from the office of opposite party was placed by Sri Rakesh Mishra, learned Standing Counsel, same is taken on record. On the basis of instructions, he informs that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
