The petitioners are seeking to provide housing allowances to them pursuant to the Government Order dated 27.9.1984 as amended vide Government Order dated 15.1.1993.
Sri Nisheeth Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 is present.
The prayer made can be very well addressed at the ends of respondent no.2, this court, therefore, does not find any reason to keep the present petition pending.
The present petition is being disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2, District Basic Education Officer, Varanasi, to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the Government Order providing instructions for payment of housing allowances as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
