The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the illegal encroachments made by the villagers over Arazi No.53.
However, the records annexed with the writ petition indicate that information has been given by the Land Management Committee to the concerned Tahsildar under Rule 66 of the U.P Revenue Code 2016 and on the said information, the concerned Tahsildar has registered Case Nos.T202115090701434, T202115090701433 and T202115090701436 filed under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code, 2006.
The concerned Tahsildar is directed to decide the aforesaid cases within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid cases.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
