1. Heard Santosh Kumar Giri, learned counsel for applicant, Anjani Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for complainant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 551 of 2015, under Section 376 IPC and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Thathiya, District Kannauj.
3. The applicant is named in the FIR and the girl in her statement has also supported FIR version. FIR has been registered after application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed alleging that Police is not registering the report and thereafter FIR has been registered hence there was delay in lodging the FIR.
4. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, at this stage, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
5. Application is accordingly rejected.
