Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha concerned and the learned Standing Counsel.
Present petitioner has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 12.8.2016 passed by Respondent no. 2/ District Magistrate/ Collector, Sant Kabir Nagar and for directing the Respondent Authority not to dispossess the petitioner from his house (on the Arazi no.148).
The Stamp Reporter has reported laches of 1791 days.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that no liberty to file the petition afresh is being granted to the petitioner.
