1. This application has been filed by the applicant (original petitioner) with a prayer to permit him to amend the main petition, as per paragraphs-14(a) and 18(aa), reproduced in paragraphs-3 and 4 of the application.
2. Heard Mr.Chinmay M. Gandhi, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Himanshu K. Patel, learned advocate for the respondent. The learned advocate for the respondent has objected to the grant of the prayers made in the application. However, no substantial ground of objection has come-forth.
3. In the view of this Court, as the proposed amendment would not change the nature of the case, therefore, the following order is passed :
The application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to amend the memorandum of Special Civil Application No.12524/2011 in terms of paragraphs-3 and 4 of the application.
The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
