JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that in the order dated 15.7.2009, in place of Principal Secretary, the Director General has wrongly been typed.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the opposite party No.2/Director General Prantiya Rakshak Dal featuring in para 3 of the order dated 15.7.2009 is corrected with red ink as opposite party No.1/Secretary, Department of Youth Welfare, Government of U. P. Lucknow.
Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order, if it is already issued.
