Matter was heard but perusal of record shows that injured Sanjeev has sustained five injuries and that his injury no. 1, 2 and 3 was kept under observation and advised for X-ray report but no X-ray report or report of supplementary medical report regarding injured Sanjeev is on record.
Learned A.G.A. shall produce the same on the next date fixed. Put up on 2.11.2021 as fresh.
