Mahantesh, AGA) These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to forbearing R-2 and R3 from taking any action against the petitioners in respect of the schedule property till the due compliance of the order dated 12.3.2015 in W.P.No.1953/2014(KLR-RR-SUR) vide Annexure-G.
These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The petitioners herein are said to be the purchasers of sites formed in land bearing Sy.No.76/P6 measuring 4 Acres and Sy.No.76/P17 measuring 2 Acres, totally to an extent of 6 Acres of Chikkajala village, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore.
2. It is stated that besides these writ petitions, there were other writ petitions also, where this Court had directed the petitioners in the said writ petitions to appear before the 2nd Respondent - Special Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore North Taluk, Bangalore, where the proceedings in RRT.15/2010-11 (RRT.(2).N(A).CR.15/2010-11) is pending, to which, the persons similarly placed as petitioners herein are directed to approach the said authority to participate in the proceedings, which is remanded by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2017 passed in W.P.Nos.42829- 830/2017 & other connected matters. Subsequently, several other petitioners in various other writ petitions are also directed to approach the said authority. One of which is W.P.No.15361/2019 disposed of on 23.04.2019.
3. It is in this background, the petitioners in these writ petitions are also permitted to pursue their rights in the pending proceedings in RRT.15/2010-11 (RRT.(2).N(A).CR.15/2010-11) before the 2nd Respondent, as observed by this Court in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions.
4. With these observations, the writ petitions are disposed of.
