JUDGMENT / ORDER

Although the writ petition has been filed seeking various reliefs against the respondent, at the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner would limit his prayers to a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P13 representation that is preferred by the petitioner and is pending before the respondent. 2. I have heard Sri.T.M.Chandran, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the nature of the order that I propose to pass, I do not deem it necessary to hear the respondent. The writ petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P13 representation, preferred before him, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner also in the matter.
