The prayer made in the instant writ petition is that the abatement application filed by the petitioner in Appeal No. 274 of 2015 (Computerized Case No. C2015010000274) be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the abatement application shall be considered at the time when the appeal is decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal No. 274 of 2015 (Computerized Case No. C2015010000274) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
