Counsel for the petitioner insisted for the continuation of interim relief. In my view, when the regular employees are being paid fixed pay of Rs.1500/-, the petitioners, who are compassionate appointed people, cannot get regular pay scale of Rs.2550-3200. In that view of the matter interim relief is not extended. However, recovery of arrears pursuant to order dated 02.07.2011 will not be effected during the pendency of this petition.
