JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE VIJAY MANOHAR SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr.Mitul Shelat, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Rakesh R.Patel, learned A.G.P. for the respondents No.1 and 2.
2. This letters patent appeal has been filed challenging the interim order dated 18.7.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.9129 of 2011 for which the earlier interim order dated 29.7.2011 has been modified. While modifying the interim order, the learned single Judge has expedited the hearing of the writ petition. Therefore, we are of the opinion that the interest of justice would be served if the learned single Judge is requested to decide the writ petition expeditiously.
3. This letters patent appeal is disposed of with a request to the learned single Judge to decide the writ petition finally on merits, at the earliest, subject to his Lordship’s convenience.
4. Civil Application also stands disposed of.
