Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client has not contacted him, hence, he is unable to inform this Court whether the husband of the victim has surrendered before the court concerned or not. He prays that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh when the husband of the victim surrenders.
