JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Om Prakash-VII,J.
Both the parties appeared in person along with their counsel. The Court has interacted with them individually and together and tried that the dispute may be settled amicably, but at present, it appears that both are not willing to settle their dispute amicably. The appellant is adamant to contest the divorce appeal. The wife is not ready for divorce and is willing to live with him along with her daughter, who is at present 12 years old.
List after two months.
