The petitioner has not been able to make out any ground for the quashing of the advertisement dated 19.7.2018.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the lease could not be renewed under Rule 57(12) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. He further submits that if the petitioner's term or the lease had expired then he may also make his bid in the auction.

With these observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
