Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Petitioner appears to have raised a grievance before the third respondent for release of his withheld salary for the months of April & May, 2017 and May to August, 2019. Bonus is also alleged to have been denied to him. Since his claim in that regard has not been examined, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.3, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. The concern respondent shall have the matter inquired and will pass necessary orders, within a further period of two months, thereafter. All consequential action would be taken, accordingly.
In view of the observations/directions made above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the entitlement of petitioner for salary during such period, on merits, and all issues are left open to be examined by the authority concerned, at the first instance.
