Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2 and Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents no.3 & 4.
The petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher in a Junior High School, Madhupura, Block Sakeet, District Etah.
It appears that the services of the petitioner have been terminated by order dated 01.08.2016 passed by the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah/respondent no.3 on the ground that the petitioner has obtained appointment on the basis of forged Teachers Eligibility Test certificate.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the order impugned, the petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal under Rule 5 of The Uttar Pradesh Basic Educational Staff Rules, 1973.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
