JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Hemant Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time and the same may be dismissed as such.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Election Commission has no objection in dismissing the writ petition as infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
