Shri Sunil Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant. He submits that the applicant and respondent no.1 have entered into a compromise in the year 2004 and as such the proceeding against the respondent no.1, who is the husband of the applicant no.1 is liable to be quashed.
Let notice be issued to the respondent no.1 fixing in the week commencing 17.10.2016, who shall file counter affidavit within the said period. On the date of appearance of the respondent no.1, the applicant shall pay an amount of Rs.5000/- to the respondent no.2 towards expenses.
