JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the selection of respondent nos. 7 and 8 at Sri Gurukul Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Haidergarh, District Barabanki.
Sri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 7 and 8 submitted that the petitioner cannot have any grievance against the respondent nos. 7 and 8 as in pursuance of their selection, they have already joined at Sri Gauri Sanskrit Madhyamik Vidyalaya Sirathi Sonari, District Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar and Bharati Bhawan Sanskrit Uchchatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya Saraiya, Rajesultanpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.
In view of the statement of Sri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 7 and 8, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no grievance and the writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
