The Labour Court vide its award dated 24.4.2018 published on 13.7.2018 has set aside the termination of late husband of the petitioner from services, who was working in Lok Kisan Inter College, Ilna Bulandshahr as a Class IV employee. The petitioner has filed this petition with a prayer that after the award of the Labour Court by which the termination of late husband of the petitioner from services was set aside, the respondents should be directed to release the retiral benefits of the deceased employee in favour of the petitioner, who happened to be the wife of late Gopal Singh.
The petitioner may approach the concerned Labour Court by moving an appropriate application for this relief as this is a consequential relief to the setting aside of the termination of the petitioner's husband from services. If the petitioner approaches the Labour Court with an appropriate application for this relief, the Labour Court shall decide the application expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
