This is second application for bail, the first application having been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 05.5.2011 in case Bail No.3076 of 2011.
It is the admitted position that the doctor and the prosecutrix have already been examined as prosecution witnesses. The trial is at the evidence stage.
Considering the stage of case, I do not deem it appropriate to re-consider the issue of grant of bail.
The application for bail is accordingly dismissed.
Considering the custody period of the applicant and the statement of the doctor who deposed as P.W.4, the trial court is requested to conclude the trial within six months from the next date of listing.
