1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that restoration application filed in Case No. 30/37/78 (Laldhar Vs. Smt. Meera & Ors.) has remained pending before the respondent no.1/Up Ziladhikari, Sadar, Azamgarh, for very long.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
