Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Appeal is pending before the District Judge, Ambedkar Nagar with an application for interim relief.

Petitioner has right approach the District Judge, Ambedkar Nagar who pass appropriate order even who have to right to pass appropriate order during the vacation.

Accordingly, writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the District Judge, Ambedkar Nagar to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
