JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court has perused the submission made by the Additional District Judge, Morbi dated 6.9.2012 requesting for extension of time in disposing of Sessions Case No.22 of 2011. Considering the submission made, request is accepted and the Additional Sessions Judge, Morbi is directed to dispose of the Sessions Case No.22 of 2011, preferably within six months from today.
