Learned Sessions Court, Morbi is hereby directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.22 of 2011 as early as possible preferably within 6(six) months from the date of receipt of present order.

If trial is not completed within 6(six) months, applicants will be at liberty to approach this Court.

In view of above, learned advocate for the applicants does not press present application. Disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
