Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks further time to file counter affidavit.
The petitioner, if so advised, may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
It is open to the learned counsel for the private opposite parties to file their counter affidavit within the time mentioned above.
List this case on 04.04.2016.
In case, counter affidavit is not been filed within the time mentioned above, Sub Divisional Officer, Kunda, Pratapgarh, shall appear in person on the next date of listing.
