As per letter dated 01.05.2018 sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, the sole appellant Lala has expired about eleven years back and in this respect the statement of Chandrabhan, son of Lala and Mahipal, nephew of Lala has been recorded.
In view of the letter dated 01.05.2018, since the sole appellant has already expired, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
