1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant-Lala Singh son of Pancham Singh. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehpur vide letter dated 02.06.2018 has informed that sole appellant, has died about 25 years back. This report has been submitted after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
