Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed seeking for quashing of the notice dated 05.07.2021 issued by the respondent no.2 namely the District Magistrate, Banda in Case No. 240 of 2021 (State vs. Lala @ Rama Shankar Yadav) under Section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goondas Act' 1970.
In none of the paragraphs of the writ petition, the petitioner has stated that the reply to the notice dated 05.07.2021 has been submitted before the competent authority.
We, therefore, do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition at this stage.
The present petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall approach the competent authority by submitting a proper reply to the said notice.
