Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar has submitted report dated 09.07.2018 after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017 and after recording statements of witnesses including the son of appellant that the sole appellant, Lala Ram, alias Sahab Singh has died on 10.10.2013.

2. In view thereof, this appeal has abated.
