Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2021
1. Heard Mr. Ashwani Kumar Mishra, learned counsel representing first informant/opposite party-2 and learned AGA for State.
2. This correction application has been filed by first informant/opposite party-2 seeking correction in order dated 15.07.2021.
3. Learned counsel representing complainant/opposite party-2 contends that in 2nd paragraph of order dated 15.07.2021, the description of Complaint Case has wrongly been transcribed as Complaint Case No. 2261 of 2017 whereas correct description is Complaint Case No. 2261 of 2018. He, therefore, contends that aforesaid mistake occurring in 2nd paragraph of order dated 15.07.2021 be corrected accordingly.
4. Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, same is allowed.
5. In view of above, it is hereby provided that in place of description Complaint Case No. 2261 of 2017 occurring in 2nd paragraph of order dated 15.07.2021 the description Complaint Case No. 2261 of 2018 shall be read.
6. This correction shall form part of earlier order dated 15.07.2021.
7. This correction application stands finally disposed of.
