The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer to direct the trial court to decide Case No. 834 of 2016 (State Vs. Anil Parmar and others), arising out of case crime no. 43 of 2015, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, district Mathura expeditiously.
Looking to the facts of the case and also the fact that the trial is lingering on since long, it is hereby directed that the trial court will make an endeavour to decide the the aforesaid case of the applicant expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction this application is finally disposed off.
