The relief as claimed by means of this petition for an injunction and for a direction against the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 for an enquiry for raising illegal encroachment can be adequately dealt with before the Civil Court and not by way of writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
