Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandmus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal numbered as Case No.1744 of 2016 (Computerized Case No.C201605001744) (Dev Narayan Tiwari and others Vs. Kamlesh Tiwari and others) under Section 333 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act 1950 pending in the Court of the Additional Commissioner (Administratino) IIIrd, Gorakhpur Mandal Gorakhpur, in terms of compromise dated 20.02.2019 between the parties."
It has been submitted that the appeal aforesaid is pending consideration since the year 2016 and that in appeal, a compromise has been filed by the parties.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1 to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him, in case, as alleged a compromise has been filed by the parties to the appeal.
