JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 39
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 16308 of 2018 Petitioner :- Lal Singh Rana Respondent :- The Chairman Gramin Bank Of Aryavart And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Manoj Nigam Counsel for Respondent :- Amrish Sahai
Hon'ble B. Amit Sthalekar,J. Hon'ble Jayant Banerji,J.
Heard Sri Y.S. Bohra holding brief of Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrish Sahai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of order dated 4.6.2018, whereby, he has been transferred from Khairgarh Branch, Firozabad Region to Hardoi Region.
According to the petitioner, he is undergoing kidney treatment at Agra and his one son is doing BTC at Agra and other son is studying in Intermediate at Agra. His daughter is also pursuing her BTC course at Agra. Reference has also been made to para 2.3 of the Transfer Policy dated 9.11.2017. The medical reports filed by him do not show that he is hospitalized or confined to bed or that he is under treatment for kidney related disease.
We, are not impressed with the grounds taken by the petitioner for interfering with the order of transfer. The petitioner is a Branch Manager in the Gramin Bank of Aryavart and is discharging public duty, therefore, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the order of transfer.
The petition lacks merits and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
