Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
On 31 May 2017 a writ petition seeking expeditious disposal of a mutation case was disposed of with a direction that the same would be attended to by the competent authority and endeavour made to decide the same with expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournments. No time frame however was stipulated. Even otherwise from a perusal of the order sheet, this Court cannot come to the conclusion that uncessary adjournments have been granted.
In view thereof, this petition is dismissed since it lacks merit.
