After due deliberations at length, Sri Rahul Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned Standing Counsel representing the respondent nos.1 to 4 and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the respondent no.5- Gaon Sabha have no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
