Heard Sri Awadh Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1.
This writ petition has been filed assailing the recovery notice dated 19.10.2019 and auction notice dated 26.12.2020.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was given loan of Rs.40,000/- for the agriculture purpose. The said loan is said to have been waived by the co- operative department of the State.
No writ petition is maintainable against a demand notice. If the petitioner has any grievance, he may move the appropriate authority by placing the relevant scheme under which he is claiming the benefit.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as being not maintainable.
