By means of order dated 06.04.2012, Mr. Gopal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the Bank was directed to produce the entire relevant record pertaining to the Vigilance Report on 17.04.2012.
When the case was listed on 17.04.2012, the records were not produced, as such, this court directed to list this case on 09.05.2012 for production of record.
This Court further directed that if the relevant record is not produced on the said date, the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Central Bank of India will appear in person before this Court on the date fixed to show cause as to why record was not produced before this Court despite fixing several dates for the same.
Though today the record has been produced, but the requisite reply was not filed.
Shri Gopal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the Central Bank of India prays for and is allowed a fortnight time to file personal reply of Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Central Bank of India as to why record has not been produced inspite of directions for the same.
List this case on 28.05.2012.
