Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA. No notice is issued to the respondent No.4 in view of the order which is being passed. However, liberty is reserved for respondent No.4 to apply for variation/modification of this order. By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R being Case Crime No.95 of 2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. , Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya. A perusal of the F.I.R. discloses the commission of offence. We are not satisfied that this is a case for quashing the F.I.R. However, looking to the facts stated in the writ petition and submissions made, we provide that till the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P. C. is submitted, the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.95 of 2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 30.6.2010 NS
