The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that when boundaries were fixed by the order dated 25.6.2018, then the petitioner should have been allowed to construct his boundary wall under Section 23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In this regard, the petitioner has moved an application on 4.7.2018 which is pending consideration.
It is, therefore, directed that the application shall be decided within a period of ten days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
