1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2, Shri S.K. Srivastava.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by non payment of certain retiral benefits to him; for example, Gratuity, arrears of Pension etc. The petitioner has already represented to the respondent No. 2 in this regard on 31.10.2018 and has filed a copy of the representation as Annexure - 10 to this writ petition.
3. Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Executive Officer of Nagar Palika Parishad, Mungara Badshahpur, Jaunpur to consider the grievance of petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
4. In case any dues are admissible to the petitioner, the same shall also be ensured to be paid within a further period of one month.
