The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the four applications dated 29.12.2018 for recalling of the orders dated 05.12.2012 passed in Case Nos. 435/2011-12, 437/2011-12, 438/2011-12 and 439/2011-12 were not being decided.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that every effort will be made to decide the aforesaid applications expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the restoration applications dated 29.12.2012 filed in the four cases being Case Nos. 435/2011-12, 437/2011-12, 438/2011-12 and 439/2011-12 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of the order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
